Isabel Mayfair is part of a family of restaurants and bars whose reach is global, from London, to New York and the Middle East. For the month of February, the bar teams across our group have collaborated to design a limited-edition cocktail menu, bringing together innovative tastes and flavours from around the globe, and all made with love.
Eau de Cruz

A floral and aromatic masterpiece, Eau de Cruz blends the richness of Belvedere Vodka infused with tonka bean, the warmth of Ancho Reyes, and the delicate sweetness of peach, rose, and violet liqueurs. Finished with a splash of lime for a bright, balanced touch, this cocktail is an elegant homage to Casa Cruz’s signature glamour.
